The sound quality is great, and I love that it's compact design. After being in an auto accident I could no longer cradle the phone to my ear. I was hesitant on getting this headset, but am glad I did. Sometimes my voice comes across a bit soft so I have to adjust the mic a few times. All in all I'm so glad I chose this particular headset.
These were a great price we use them with or phones (land line) and with our cell phones which allows us to be more flexable in multi-tasking and mobility.
I bought this headset so that my husband could have his hands free while on the phone. After I tried it I realized we would need a second one so that there would be one by each handset. It is very light weight, has excellent voice quality, and is very comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I needed to free up my hands due to arthritis and carpal tunnel problems. This is the best headset I've found, and I've used other brand names, but Panasonic is the most comfortable and best fitting. Sound quality, output and input, is excellent.
